Meditation is the gentle art of returning home to yourself.


In stillness, the mind softens, the breath deepens, and awareness awakens, helping us remember who we are at the core of our being. The meditation we do at our Gatherings is referred to as Ascending, and was taught to White Raven by her Native Amcrican ancestors. The goal is to heal your body’s emotional pattern and awaken to inner awareness, for a returning to one’s self. She shares Ascending in a way to also help you learn to achieve success in any situation – in a busy crowd, in a peaceful setting, in a group, or alone at home.

Each moment becomes a doorway to peace — a quiet harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Through this simple practice, we learn to listen within, release what no longer serves, and rediscover the calm presence that has always been ours.
